"I have made my decision and came to the conclusion of not resigning my lease here in April. My decision wasn't easy but it all due to the newly hired managers and the unprofessionalism, they both bring. Which has made my decision a little easier. Its so unfortunate that Sacha has the audacity to never introduce yourself to the community after over a 3 months of being hired. She waited for Sonia to leave to finally introduce herself to us residents? She is and continues on making drastic changes to our financial stability. Without any notice. Leaving us with anxiety and frustration each month. I find this to be very unprofessional as it intervenes with the basic necessity of humanity our housing. I have never been treated so unfairly here. I will never recommend these apartments. On another note. Ever since Sonia left the has been a darkness in the clubhouse. It's not the same. I'm not greeted with a smile anymore. It just feels so unwelcoming. I will find a place to call home. It just won't be at Park Hill 4000."
"I have lived here for 5 months and over these past months I have been able to meet several of my neighbors through the events Park Hill has hosted. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for an affordable luxury home. Staff is amazing and the new property manager Sacha makes you feel like it’s home just walking through the front doors of the leasing office. Again Highly recommend."
"Since I moved here in 2020 my rent has gone up $200 from $1620 to $1820 while the services have just gotten worse. And that’s for a 1 bedroom apartment. They are so worried about how they’ll spend your rent money on the next hot dog party that they let maintenance requests sit for months “just because”. It’s truly ridiculous how they contract to have the clubhouse remodeled 3 times this past year but can’t hire their own maintenance personnel. The 27 “now leasing” flags and balloons at the entrance are still worth 1 star. This place used to be worth the rent and now it’s just become trashy overpriced apartments."
"I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service that was provided by Ms. Sonia Lopez (Leasing Agent), she's a beautiful person inside and out very caring, loving and very professional. She is heaven sent... I really commend the prompt service provided by Ms. Sonia for my son and I, we were in dire need and she made it happen. She went beyond the call of duty and I THANK HER. I was really pleased on how knowledgeable and skilled she was it people like Sonia that truly make a difference in people lives. Her Great customer service made us feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale or leasing a unit. I would highly recommend PARKHILL 4000 to anyone who's in need of a great community to reside at in the near future. Keep up the GREAT WORK SONIA!!!!"
"*DO NOT MOVE IN HERE* First off I want to start with saying Sonia is amazing. She's probably the last hope for this place if they choose to listen to her. But this place is NOT worth the price they charge, which just keeps going up. It's NOT a gated community. It's NOT safe. I hear GUNSHOTS out my window every night. I've ran from an active shooter at the train station. It's riddled with gang activity. Garages are CONSTANTLY broken into, cars are constantly broke into. And now the "new management" is deciding to raise rent while TAKING amenities away that WE pay for. To "save money". More like duplicity to fill their pockets. It's done nothing but go down hill since they took over, and all they are going to do is lose residence. What a bunch of bozos running the place now. They don't care about you or your comfort as a resident. They just care about putting more of your money in their pockets while giving you less and less and making the living situation less enjoyable for everyone. Shame. It used to be such a nice place."
