"Maintenance has been really great to work with. Good people on their team and the guy who runs it has done a lot to try to improve things. They reached out to let me know they were talking to their contractor about snow being put into handicapped spots. Unfortunately management can be difficult to work with and amenities continue to see neglect. The transition has been rough from Amli to Holland for sure."

"Recently moved into the flats and I'll start off by saying the property is going through some significant upgrades from the new painted hallways and the new brighter lights throughout the complex. Enclosing of the parking garage!! Love the unit and location so close to everything! The office/maintenance team all nice people and have all good experiences with the entire staff. So far so good!"

"I have lived in a lot of apartments, about 8 in the past decade alone. Mileage will vary and it really depends on what you need in a home, but the Flats has been one of my favorites since I moved in December of 2023. The leasing and move in process was super simple and the team handled all my requests promptly. Evie has been my point person and always gets back to me quickly and with such a positive attitude. Some features I've personally liked about the community is the older style layouts (an actual pantry!) but with renovated options. The prices are very competitive for the area, and the location is unbeatable. Any maintenance requests I've put in have been answered quickly even for non urgent items and everyone I've interacted with on the team has been kind and respectful. I also work from home at least part time and I've never had issues with noise, I can often take calls with my patio doors wide open and it's never distracting."

"Notice how in the past 6 or so months since Holland Partners took over property management, the majority of reviews have been low with complaints of cleanliness and lack of usable amenities that were supposedly paying for. Also notice how all replies from property management just say that “they’re sorry you had a bad experience” and to “reach out to them to talk about your experience” instead of taking accountability and addressing the issues the residents are complaining about. They don’t care, they want to squeeze as much money from residents as they can while doing as little actual work as possible."

"Horrible management. Not 48 hr service guaranteed. Dirty/neglected gym. Stairwells have debris from a year ago. Really hard to get a hold of. Management high turnover rate. Mold truck parked in front of apartment regularly. No communication on shutting off water. Debris inside hallways. Neglected resident restroom. Do not recommend this place at all."
