"I lived here for 2 years and finally moved out this past August. Nothing but problems while I was living here and it didn't stop after moving out. It is now March and I am still fighting with the property management company to get the proper deposit refund. I have gone through 3 different Community Managers in the time I've been trying to get my deposit back. Each time I reexplain my situation to a new person I'm assured it will be handled and sadly it never is. I have gotten two checks since for the wrong amount (not even half of what I'm owed and I did not cash them), and regardless of how many times I reattach the documentation (with a manager's signature verifying it) for the correct amount owed it does not help. At this point I've been patient and understanding for the last 7 months and I am at my wits end. This feels like my last resort to be heard. Please, PLEASE save yourself the trouble and live somewhere else."
"Incredible move-in experience. The ladies in the leasing office were very helpful and resourceful. Also, the support staff is extremely kind and diligent on making sure issues are taken care of quickly. There is always cleaning staff on-site and everyone has been very friendly."
"Living here for two years has not been an enjoyable experience. The elevators are constantly breaking, the hallways/staircases are disgusting and never cleaned, and the office never answers emails or phone calls. The maintenance men are amazing, though they are overwhelmed and take a while to get to any maintenance requests. The communication of Archer Tower is really it's downfall. There have been at least 3 different management companies since I moved in, and the general manager changes at least every 6 months, but usually more often. The laundry rooms are dirty, and only half the laundry machines work. A few months ago, one of the dryers tore up every single piece of clothing in my laundry load, and Archer Tower Management hasn't done anything. They told me to contact the servicers of the machines, and they are not getting back to me. I'm now out at least $200 in clothing since no one wants to take responsibility for it. I've also received a move-out bill with a $400 utility bill for my last 18 days on property. My utility bills have never been more than $100 per month, so $400 for 18 days is ridiculous. Of course, the bill wasn't itemized, and no one in the management company answers their phone or email so I can't discuss the charges with anyone. Be prepared to wait over ten minutes every time you want to ride the elevator, deal with broken doors and dirty hallways every day, and never receive help with any situation you may have."
"I’m not at all interested in calling the apartment complex because they have numerous emails from me already about the situation I moved into this apartment complex with high expectations, drawn in by the promising amenities like an excellent gym and yoga studio. However, my experience has been a mixed bag. The gym and yoga studio are great, but issues like the non-functional bike room, lack of temperature control, and insufficient sanitization are concerns, especially given the importance of hygiene in shared spaces. The laundry room is another sore point; half the machines don't work, and I've learned from other residents about fire incidents linked to it. Not something you want to discover after moving in. The dog park, though advertised as a fetch community, falls short in terms of cleanliness. It's not properly sanitized, and the pervasive smell of urine is off-putting. While valet trash is a convenience, I've consistently noticed a full trash can right outside the building on multiple occasions. It raises questions about the efficiency of their services. Communication with the management has been challenging, with unanswered emails, leaving me feeling unheard regarding these issues. In conclusion, if you're considering this complex, be aware of the pros and cons. It's crucial to thoroughly inspect the facilities and weigh the conveniences against the drawbacks before making a decision."
"During my time here, I have felt supported by Chelsea, Eva, and Alisa. They are so helpful and ready to provide answers to any questions throughout the apartments process. The Maintenance team is really thoughtful and had such a quick respond time. Also there are such gorgeous views!"
