Reviews
"Do not rent here unless you are willing to put up with a lot! I wish I hadn't moved in here, so I want to warn any other potential residents. Pros: Maintenance guys are awesome. They are so quick and so nice and get everything taken care of! Cons: This was the dirtiest apartment I had ever moved into, the floors and counters were so dirty and there were fake eyelashes on the floor and splattered toothpaste on the cabinet door, which shows how much they didn't bother to clean. Multiple things were broken/not working when I moved in such as the bathtub not draining at all and the floorboard heaters were literally falling off of the wall. The washers/dryers are broken often and take weeks to get fixed. The apartment managers are hard to get a hold of or get a response from. The AC wall unit only blows in hot air, so the summer has been miserable and the thermometer says it gets up to 79 degrees inside. And you as the tenant do not control the heat whatsoever, it just gets turned on for the building in the fall at one point and you have no way to change the temp or turn it off in your unit. So that meant when there were still some fall days in the 80s, the heat was still on inside making it miserable."
