"This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The game room looks like it’s from a mansion, the pool, sauna, and gym are all so nice and convenient to access. Our view (on the west side of the building) was indescribable, a full on panorama of Denver and the Rocky Mountains; you can even see long’s peak on the north corner of the view. The top-notch property management is really what made our experience at The Denver House so enjoyable, Martin and Ivana are always kind and responsive, any concerns we had about maintenance or other issues were addressed immediately every time. I could go on about how much I love the neighborhood, the in-building garage, the trash chute, or the appliances supplied in the apartment, but I’ll just say that I cannot recommend this building enough."

"Lived at the Denver House for 3 years and loved every minute of it. No matter which side of the building you’re on, if you’re above the 5th floor you’ll have an incredible view. These are the Colorado views you dream of. Location is awesome. Cap Hill is a fun place to be with bars, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores in walking distance. The one bedroom apartment is good sized. Utilities were really reasonable. Nice amenities including a pool, gym, rec room, garage parking and more. Management is on-site, friendly and helpful. This building is run like a family business; the staff gets to know you and makes you feel like part of a community. Any maintenance issue we had was resolved either same day or next day. Can’t say enough good things about living here!"

"My boyfriend and I have been living here in the Denver House for 2 years now, and we absolutely love it here! The management, Stephanie and Martin, are so accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. Anytime anything has broken, the maintenance crew, Mario/ Dado/ Enrique are right on top of it! We suddenly had to move apartments recently, and maintenance worked hard to get us in the new spot quickly! Really can't say enough good things about them."

"I have lived at The Denver House for over 2 years and I have had a positive experience. The management is very personable and caring. They are continuously doing things to improve the building and make upgrades wherever possible. The maintenance staff is very nice and take good care of the building.The price is reasonable and all utilities other than electric are included in your rent. My favorite part about the building is the little extras like the rose garden in the back that allows for fresh flowers all summer."
