"This is a good beginners apartment. It is no frills, plain vanilla, with no pool or gym, and that's probably for the better. It's clean, quiet, and the people have been very friendly. The parking is horrific, but its like that everywhere in downtown Capitol Hill. For its location, it is extremely affordable. A great place to start."

"Cheap rent with heat and AC included. Management is nice and repairs are done usually same day. The apartments are outdated but no complaints for the price. Parking in the garage has over a year waiting list which means you must park on the crowded streets."
