"I have been extremely happy with my choice to move into Alexan Evans Station. Allie was so helpful during my move in process! The amenities have been well thought out and I especially enjoy using the co-working space as I work from home. Lisa has added such careful touches, including a recent addition of a treadmill for the standing desks. She also curates frequent community gatherings that make me happy to call this place my home."

"My time so far at Alexan Evans Station has been enjoyable. Not only is it a clean, new facility the state is outstanding. At the front desk you have two wonderful ladies who go out of their way to do right by the tenants. On the maintenance side you have Deon and Eric who also go above and beyond to take care of the facility AND the guest directly. The location in Denver is great for most anything one could need with easy access to I-25. If looking for an apartment in Denver I do recommend taking Alexan Evans Station into consideration."
