"Hands down the best unit I've ever rented! Property managers are great, nothing stays wrong for long, neighbors are respectful and the bang for your buck is unheard of! I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved swiftly and kindly. This property did an exceptional job at making me *a single female* feel safe and secure in and around the property. I didn't lock my front door once while I lived here, home or not home - because I'd never felt safer than living at Corona Manor."

"I have been here for nearly two years, and I'm sad to leave. I've never dealt with any infestations, lousy management, crazy loud neighbors, and maintenance is always on their game. If issues surface between your neighbors, management resolves them quickly. Property managers Paige and Randy were awesome from start to finish. You'll meet Bobby too if you decide on living here; he's the OG of the building, he's been here for like 20 years. Great people. In fairness of an honest review, there are some cons, though, mainly about the neighborhood itself and not the property. There is no AC or parking, but that goes with most of the older buildings in the area. However, they have a vent that pushes out cold air in the summer. The neighborhood: the homeless community has grown here, so watch your step if you have a pup; it's become the norm to run into uncapped syringes on the ground. And with that also comes missing packages, cars being broken into and damaged. But 10/10 for Corona Manor"

"I will always be grateful for my experience living in Corona Manor! I loved my studio- tons of storage space!! Paige and the rest of management is very responsive. Maintenance requests were completed promptly and the common areas were kept clean (Bobby is great)! The proximity to King Soopers and Cheeseman Park made living here during the Covid lockdown very manageable! If you want to live in a convenient location, this is your place."
