"Overall pretty nice place to stay if your a student at DU. Also the only place near DU that has a true Mountain View, hot tub, pool, and balcony for a reasonable price. The people in the office are also great! They are super helpful and nice and give us free food at least once a month. My only complaint is that it can take a second to get stuff fixed/done but that appears to be an issue with upper management. The on site managers are great!"

"Stay away from this building. Garage has been broken since I moved in around June and remains open all day which is a huge security issue. The building never sends any emails on updates on when the garage will be fixed and no security is hired to guard the entrance so multiple cars have been broken into, including mine last week. Building does not compensate for damage expenses even though the garage has been broken for months. One elevator is usually broken all the time. There is always something liquid on the floor of the freight elevator (usually pee from a dog or maybe human who knows because there are no cameras). There are better buildings around that are far more secure than this one. There’s a leak in the lobby that I don’t know when it will be fixed. Also the door to the building lobby is usually broken so there is virtually no security here as strangers can walk right into the building and into hallways (there is no scanner in the elevator). The amenities are usually broken or filthy so make sure to ask about them before signing your lease. Overall the leasing office people are generally nice but the management is god awful, extremely rude and never helpful. RUN, do not sign here."

"Lived here for over a year. Amenities were always broken and down. Garage door was broken for the near entirety of my 14 month lease, which you pay a premium for secured garage spaces - so a bit of a rip off. The gym also had numerous machines broken, which never were fixed during my stay. Also parking for guests is a real hassle The only positive I can say is the location is great. I’d say for being a luxury style apartment you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere. Not worth the money"

"3 month update: - garage door still broken - new mail system requires you to ask a leasing agent to let you into the mail closet. This would be fine if these agents were here outside of business hours... you know, when people actually get their mail. - it does not help that these leasing agents routinely leave before their listed hours. - fob scanners to get into apartment hallways break every few weeks. This combined with the broken garage door allows personal apartments to be accessed from the street with no security.... - trash is not collected on days that it should be Just unfortunately poor services throughout the building. A lobby with a front desk that has never had a person. One maintenance worker for the whole building so any request will likely take weeks to complete. Been here for 3 months and have had the leasing office unexplainably take multiple packages from the mail room to hold in the office. Cameras in the lobby don't work so good luck if you have a missing package which has happened multiple times between myself and others. Garage door broken more often than it works. The list goes on..."

"Management is trash and dismissive. They also try to push blame onto you or avoid helping in any situation. Regularly does not pick up trash (once did not take it and complained that it smelled bad as if it is not actual garbage). Everything is broken all the time. The garage has been open and unprotected for months and anybody can access the building if they wanted to. There seems to be no urgency to fix any of this."
