There's always some problem with the payment method and she's so horrible with keeping track of who paid who. Please never rent here she will screw you. Kathy you suck!! "First of all they charged me 750 dollars for the 6 days I had the place in feb to move out. On a place that cost 950 to rent. THATS NOT PRORATED They cancelled my move out appointment on the last day and didnt even call me. So I never got to do a walk through. They had the nerve to charge me for 2 small things I left in there after waiting an hour for them to meet me only to show up to the office being empty (the office is in another building) flustered I left the keys and had forgotten. I had 2 work orders that sat for months never completed but they charge me for everything they can. Then I call to ask how much my last 6 days will be so I can write the check I'm given a poor estimate obviously cause they took another 100 out of the deposit for that. these guys will charged me a ton for a deposit only to barely take care of my needs. Then do a poor job when I move out. I even called a week in advance for.my appointment. Don't rent here."

"There is absolutely NO pool and the neighbors are extremely nosy and rude! The property manager will take the neighbors gossip & lies and find ANY reason to evict you & take your deposit after illegally charging you more for a deposit in the first place."
