"This apartment building has black mold, water that smells of mildew, and no functioning AC and barely working heating — as low as 48 degrees in the winter in the unit. The company managing this apartment complex does not maintain the building at all. The neighborhood is unsafe and constantly has aggressive homeless people around that harass you and throw trash in the river. The tenants are also awful and have stolen multiple items from my porch and laundry room. This place is legitimately unlivable and disgusting."
