"This place is such a joke. I seriously cannot wait to move out. It’s so poorly built, it’s clear they made it as cheap as possible. By far one of the worst things about living here is the egregious rent. Our base rent is $2,879 however when all is said and done, we pay close to $3,400 each month. So on top of paying an arm and a leg for rent, we have a homeless encampment with an active drug dealer right outside. Attached some photos of the homeless encampment as well as poop in the stairwell, which is commonplace for this building Editing my review to show everyone about how deplorable management is here. This morning the fire alarm went off at 6:30am, residents had no idea what was going on, just to find out that someone broke in (because our garage door has been open/broken for weeks) and caused this damage to the 4th floor garage. Not only did they break the ceiling but they also smashed windows on FOUR cars. We have yet to hear from management. Live here at your own risk!"
