"Yeah, i don't know what I was thinking giving this place a 5 star review when I first moved in. Place is horrible. Everything that has been stated by each review here is absolutely true."
"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This is the most disgusting, worst place I’ve ever rented. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything your top and bottom neighbors are doing. Management is totally nonexistent, (unless you’ve missed a payment), there is no emergency weekend line and there is one maintenance guy for 10 of their buildings so it takes weeks to get anything fixed. Packages WILL be stolen, likely from someone inside the building, but none of the cameras work so nothing is done. The insulation is a joke and the heat doesn’t work well, so in 30 degree weather, it gets up to 55/60 max and if it was colder, my windows would freeze over from the inside. The summers are miserable with no A/C and insulation. There are mice living in the building as well but again, their solution is a mouse trap. The people living in this complex were sketchy, no one looks you in the eye and most weren’t working so it was loud at all times, there were physical fights happening in my hallway on many different occasions. Everything in the building was broken, including most smoke detectors, fire alarms, windows, door to the bike room, etc. Utilities are insanely high, i.e. $275/month, because the apartment complex isn’t filled. I just moved into a similarly older, non-luxury building in a newly renovated apartment and my rent with utilities will end up being cheaper than William Penn. There are so many better options, so just look elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs!!!!"
"Absolutely disgusting place. Terrible management, worst I have ever experienced in my life (I've rented in over 30 apartments in my lifetime). Elevator feels as if it's going to come crashing down at any minute. Holes in ceiling & walls from previous tenants that haven't been fixed in months. Mice live inside the ceiling and walls. Want to get mail sent to you? Sorry about that! Most of the mailboxes are broken (or broken into). Broken windows that are an extremely easy fix, still HAS NOT been fixed in WEEKS - IN THE WINTERTIME. You will never be able to reach the landlord, and he will never respond back until multiple attempts to contact him (over multiple days/weeks). I even spoke with the Health Department and they are well aware of the issues of this building, and they have attempted to make contact with the owner of the building on multiple occasions...interesting.. I sense a pattern here. DO NOT RENT."
"From the restaurants nearby it used to look really clean, cared for and very nice but now it looks really dirty and not kept up. I'm not sure if someone else took over the building or not but they could clearly do a much better job caring for what used to be a really great looking place to live. #thatswhatyougetwhenbigfishswallowthelittlefish, turnstocrapola"
