"Just moved in and I have to say I’m super impressed with the maintenance staff! Francisco has come by twice to fix the things we left on our list when we moved in to the apartment a week ago. He has been so helpful and respectful of our space. Everything we put on the “needs fixing” list at move in was promptly taken care of by the awesome staff."

"Property lies next to a water treatment facility, so don’t expect to be able to open your windows half the time due to the stench emanating from said facility. Additionally, the management company is one of the worst corporation on the planet. They are a predatory entity that takes advantage of people at their lowest. And finally, the maintenance team does not follow through on repairs. I recommend you avoid this property like the plague. There are much better places you can spend your money on."

"I am just disgusted and at a point where I am ready to move. This past week a man was shot and from the information I received stumbled into someone’s apartment where luckily they were able to help him and save him thank god regardless of his crime or whatever he did. My issue is that several days have past and not a email from the office or a notice to anyone about what happened so we’re just suppose to live in the dark and not know if the person who shot this other person still lives here. I spoke with the neighbor who also told me that the management team hasn’t even reached out to the people who saved the man. Where is the community that should be letting us know we’re safe instead of complaining about people working on their cars or some stupid pool enforcements or how we can’t have loud music in our Cars while driving through the community."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! of the 11 months my daughter has lived here, the gate has not worked. Your given a security code and most of the time it doesn't work. The security of the property is one of the reasons she moved here. MAKE SURE you understand that your rent is just a base amount. They add everything under the sun to your monthly rent. (water, garbage, CAM fees, sewer, real estate fee,) adding $100 to $150 per month to your rent amount. Visitors have to pay to park when visiting you, or they will get towed. Due to unruly tenants, my daughter had to get wristbands to enjoy the pool, which was filled with kids and adults using foul language. The pool was closed several times over the summer because of managements inability to keep partiers from breaking glass around the pool area. Also had kids running around knocking on your door and running. People sitting in their cars with music blasting. Dog poop everywhere. This is definitely not "luxury" living. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere!"
