"Another update: maintenance seems to be getting better. The large window has still not been fixed since we moved here in August. We keep getting the push around on it. Last we heard it was supposed to be fixed this month ( march), I guess we will see if they show up in the last few days ( doubt it). Parking is still a major issue. They gave out parking passes to enforce parking here , but there are a ton of cars with no passes that don’t live here and not enough parking for everyone now. They did hire a company to come clean up after everyone who refuses to pick up after their dogs. They also finally ( after 8 months) addressed the issues with loud neighbors that 24/7 slam things around, scream and blast their music. Update: don’t live here. No maintenance any more. They schedule to come out and fix stuff and never show. They blame it on a worker that has been gone for at least a few weeks even though it was an office staff member who scheduled it. All work orders get marked as complete even though no one comes out. Avoid at all costs. Update: When it sounded like one of the building tenants was having a full on concert and was making it to where I couldn’t hear anything in my apartment I called the office like the response said too and was told sorry that there was nothing they could do and to try calling the on call community patrol at night so they can find the problem. Ridiculous. The staff is great. The maintenance team and their supervisor Donavan are amazing! The reason for the low stars is that the walls are paper thin . My neighbors are absolutely the loudest people ever, constant loud music, constant loud tv that rattles the floor. They scream and fight and it sounds like it’s right in our living room. All hours of the night and day. Then there is the person in the building no who has a large dog that barks 24/7. the person seems to never be home and the dog barks constantly . You can hear the neighbor behind us as well. But the loud people with their tv , music and screaming in the loudest setting possible between 1130pm and 2 in the morning is ridiculous!"
"Keystone is great, the leasing staff are always nice and will guide you through whatever help you may need. The location is great as you’re not much distance from major grocery stores, outlet malls, and most importantly the new raising canes! Come check out a wholesome community, you won’t regret living here!"
"My fiance and I have been at keystone for a year now. We just renewed our lease and upgraded to a 2bed 2 bath. The Keystone team was extremely helpful and ensured our transition was smooth. Emma has especially been very helpful, she adjusted the move in/move out dates to better suit our schedules! Really happy with our new place. Thanks Keystone!"
"I wish I had the luxury of being able to break this lease and find a better place to live, but if you haven’t signed a lease yet, save yourself. I have not received mail in almost two weeks because the mailbox has been broken (it is quite literally wide open for access to all of them) and they apparently do not see this as an urgent issue as it has not gotten fixed. I’ve lived here a few years and honestly it has gotten worse each year. The only thing that’s been consistent is how unreachable the leasing office is. They either do not pick up the phone or the leasing office is closed at random hours of the day or for whole days. They will plan preventative maintenance and not show (mind you I have a dog and work so I had to keep him in the cage all day only for them to not show). Gym is hardly an amenity, half the machines are broken and one of the lights in there is constantly flickering. People do not pick up after their dogs, glass on the sidewalks, maintenance that doesn’t respond for days, at least once a month there is someone in the neighborhood getting the police called on them. People let their dogs off leash with absolutely no training. It’s a mess. Don’t be like me and find a better place to live that’s probably worth your money."
