"STOP!!!! If you are considering moving here DO NOT!!! The Manager/Owner is the Rudest Women you have ever run across (A real life Karen) I delivered a TV to one of her tenents and she freaked out on me when I tried to throw the TV box in the dumpster. Completely unprofessional and insulting. I feel sorry for her tenents. I can't imagine how she treats her renters. She must of inherited these apts. People that work for there success don't treat people like trash and have respect for the things and people that help them get to where they are. It's sad that desperate people have to resort to living in places like this because of there income or housing shortags in Colorado. This place needs to be condemned and torn down. It's disgusting!!!"
