"Really nice people who manage this place. Very helpful and friendly. Corporate has issues. They definitely seem to have more ideas than actual solutions, but it’s an apartment so.. The new door system is not very good in general, but they execute on most other basic things. My main gripe is that they don’t clean the floors enough. IMO, yes, there are a lot of dogs, but this is Denver. The woman who cleans the floors does an excellent job but they need to clean once a week, not every very few weeks or longer it seems like they have her scheduled sometimes. This place is huge and there is way too much foot traffic from humans and dogs and it gets embarrassingly dirty especially when you have friends visiting. Just ⬆️ing the frequency on the floor cleaning would be a game changer imo, but I understand corporate is watching their profit margins too"
"AMLI? More like scAMLI. DO NOT sign a lease here. The rent is disturbingly out of touch with the market - the building has nothing to boast except the location. You are quite literally throwing away money to live here. Building is old and dated. Residents and staff are toxic. Cleanliness is never a priority. Only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cannot give 0."
"I lived at AMLI Riverfront Park for one year and ended up buying out of my lease. I do not recommend this apartment complex for anyone with a pet. The other residents let their dogs off leash inside and outside the building, and do not pick up after their pets. The whole experience living there with my dog was stressful and unsanitary. The building is also not maintained nearly well enough for the price of rent that they charge. There was constantly glass all over the parking garage, trash on the grounds, and dog poop everywhere, either not cleaned up by residents or in bags, overflowing out of exterior trash cans. There are countless other apartment buildings in the Denver area, even in the Commons Park neighborhood, that are better maintained, with friendlier staff and residents, at a more reasonable price. I encourage you to think twice about the value you will be getting for your money by signing an expensive lease with AMLI Riverfront Park."
"This building's garage door malfunctioned and shattered my car ski rack. AMLI management hid behind the idea that they are big/corporate and they did nothing to take accountability. They really just don't need to care about renter happiness. The "bike storage" is an open air room within the parking garage and bikes get absolutely trashed. AMLI does nothing to maintain this space, another example of AMLI not caring about renters personal property. Lastly, the skate park across the street is rowdy on all weekend and summer nights. Loud partying, homelessness, and setting off fireworks are weekly occurences. If you're looking for high quality management/service, look to live elsewhere"
"All they want is your money. They'll overcharge you and squeeze every cent they can from you before you move. But if you need something handled? Forget it. I asked probably 5 times for them to DEICE the front walk and another 10 times to fix our broken intercom, it took weeks before someone finally did it. You look at someone wrong in this place and you get fined. They also continuously leave the leasing office door wide open with no one there so literally anyone off the street can walk into the apartment complex. Security is a joke and the homeless problem is so bad, I don't feel safe walking at night. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere that actually cares about their residents."
