Waterford RiNo Apartments

"Waterford RiNo is an amazing place to live. Between the location, price point, quality and size of the units, it’s truly hard to beat. You can walk to the center of RiNo or LoDo in 10 minutes - and an even quicker walk to Coors Field. The units have impressive square-footage, and the massive closets are a serious game changer. I’ve lived here almost two years now, and I intend to renew my lease for a third year. The management staff, especially Taine and Shannon, are so kind and are happy to assist with anything residents need. Anytime we need a maintenance repair the team addresses it the same or next day. They also just recently renovated all common areas including the gym, lounge area, hallway carpeting, and rooftop patio. Hot tubs are always open, the pool is huge, and they have 5 grills which come in handy when the weather is nice. Compared to other buildings in the area, they have (by far) the best pricing on reserved covered parking which is so nice especially in the winter. I highly recommend Waterford RiNo for anyone moving to or looking for a new place to live in Denver!!"

"As a resident and property manager I can say that Waterford Rino is a fabulous place to live. The staff truly cares about all the residents here, and goes out of their way to make them and their pets comfortable, and feel welcomed at all times. If there is a mistake or error they work to fix it for you. The building is also close to many restaurants, shops, and art galleries, bars and wineries and even a Cidery. They have some of the best restaurants in the city within walking distance like Beckon and work and class. They have newly renovated amenities, new carpets and paint in the hall, updated furniture, arcade games, a pool table, a pool and two hot tubs. The gym is spectacular, and had the heaviest set of apartment gym free weights in miles(100 lbs!). They have a view of the mountains and a city from the rooftop and a business center and conference room. Waterford Rino is sure to offer something for everyone looking to live in Rino."

Their level of professionalism, ability to alleviate issues and overall willingness to always go the extra mile made every interaction a positive one! "Waterford RiNo has been amazing. When I came and toured with Dayla she was so friendly and inviting it really made me want to live here. And now that I've moved in I've seen that all the management and maintenance team are that way. They even sent out a last minute email to warn residence that there was a tow truck on out street. And the apartment and complex are perfect! The apartment has all the extra touches. And the amenities in the complex are the BEST around. The pool is gorgeous and the gym has everything you could need! I'm very happy I chose Waterford RiNo!"
