Transitional hatred.It is like a straight fema camp, you can’t get in nor out the building , or children can’t get in and out the elevator , The staff is very much against you then with you.Please beware of being private and minding your own business because they will constantly report you to social services to get nosy! Don’t show any type of improvement the office is low key haters. The plumbing is terrible and they will blame you for any thing they can ! The Broncos parking is ILLEGAL unless you as a tenant decide to sublease your parking Space which is illegal also!And Briana is a sheep in wolves clothing be careful"

I've had heard that People apply for housing but don't live in them they have strangers Living there telling them they have to pay Them up money for living there . I hope the staff and owner Find out! We people who really need the help need A place to stay ! This kind of people should not apply For housing if there not going to live in the apartment and have strangers renting it ."

"I've lived here I appreciated all the help and so thankful! Yeah some residents had bed bugs or roachs but they take care of it for free. The women that come here are off the street or in need of much help you can't expect it to be 5 start! Its purpose is to help you and get you in a better situation. I enjoyed this place and everything they offered."
