"I really enjoyed living at 1000 Speer! The location is great for access to parks, coffee shops and gyms. The staff was always helpful. I liked having a concierge team 24/7. The apartment common areas are kept clean. The pool in summer time is a plus! Before my lease end, I had a problem with my lease. Justin was able to communicate with management to help find a solution for me. Thank you Justin and 1000 Speer."

"Update 12/11/23: Photo evidence of our “difference in expectations” so others can decide for themselves. Are we crazy? Disgruntled? Or just sharing the truth of our experience? Our walk in from the parking garage.. trash cans overflowing, only one elevator working, missing door handle for several months, filthy walls, ripped off wall signs for over 6 months… what’s not to love! Everyone should pay $3700+ for this luxury living experience! Update 11/26/23: We brought these continued concerns to property management hoping they’d be addressed before lease renewal. Chris made no effort to address our concerns besides one face to face meeting where he responded unprofessionally and stated we had “difference in expectations” and “should just move out”. In blatant retaliation, less than a week later we received the lease renewal raising our rent 14% - over $400 a month. DO NOT LIVE HERE! You pay a premium for a view, yet the windows are never cleaned. The elevator was out of service for months this year. Cleanliness of the common areas is lacking, especially on weekends. New manager never responds to emails or messages. We’ve lived here two years and don’t believe it’s worth the price you’ll pay."
