"I am currently a resident. I have made it my business to build relationships with the management and residents that have been open to that. Management handles requests in a timely manner. Some residents do not do there share by cleaning up after their children. They are good about pointing fingers but not taking responsibility. I had a huge situation with my son, but because of building relationship it was worked out. We must step out of the mi dset of looking for a fight and start building community to help each other. I do my best to be a part of that change. I had my storage broken into and my kids winter clothes stolen and 2 bikes stolen. Praise God for insurance. I had a claim of $2000 and they replaced $1100. It is worth building relationship with people even if it is a stop over for you. You never know when you will need help."

"Lived here for a long time! Great management and great team! The assigned parking was awesome - especially in Denver. Would live here again but time to buy a house!"

"Highly WOULDN'T recommend there's ROACHES IN THE APARTMENTS AS WELL AS IN THE HALLWAYS! An exterminator has never sprayed down the hallways but they expect the roaches to just go away. There's Never any place to park cars constantly get hit nearly everyday. The area is horrible and all you hear is sirens day & night. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversation constantly. People steal from the washers & dryers and on top of that the washers destroy your clothing not wash it. Kids constantly are smoking marijuana in the entry way and there are no cameras in order to stay safe."

"I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the staff of Platinum Properties. This building is beautiful, the apartments are large with great fixtures, and the building feels safe. There is a wonderful vibe in the building from all of the neighbors. I love the extra amenities like the gym, pool, hot tub, lounge area, and game room. This is an all around great property."

"I rented these apartments from 2016 to 2017. There was not a problem until the property was sold to another company. Whenever something needed to be done it took days for the manager to reply. He was rude to my sister, who was my roommate. When he was aware that we were not going to renew the contract he tried showing our place to potential renters. The problem with that was he never asked and coordinated with us for what days worked, he just told us he would be coming the next day at a random time. When the time came for them to clean the apartment they charged us with fees that were made up. They definitely look for a way to take your money. Very disappointed. Be smart and avoid these apartments,!"
