"I’ve rented at Sloans for the past three years, and it’s been a nice experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Staff here are exceptional. Like any community living, there will be feedback from residents, but I feel they want their residents to feel comfortable and supported. One of the highlights for me has been the location and the pet-friendly environment. As a dog owner, it’s often challenging to find a place that accepts and embraces our furry friends. The staff loves dogs, there is a treat jar in the front lobby that all dog line-up for and Dave always has treats in his pockets. Drew, gives my Fur Child, daily hugs and words of affirmation ♥️ Overall, my experience at Sloans has been positive. But it is “community living,” so like every shared space sometimes there will be things you need to inform the staff of. I’m sad to be moving at the end of my lease, but I’m grateful to have positive moments to looks back on"

"Love it so much I resigned my lease. The staff is so friendly and helpful - I’ve lived in a lot of these types of buildings and Kim is by far the best property manager I’ve come across. She genuinely cares about the well being of the residents. One of the reasons I chose this building was the reviews about there being a real sense of community and I could not agree more. Love the community events they put on, especially the dog focused ones! The amazing views and being super close to Sloan’s Lake doesn’t hurt either!"

"After almost a year living here it seems an appropriate time for a review. Location and building itself are certainly a big plus and the key reason I initially decided to move here. The amenities and overall cleanliness of the building are very good. While internet reliability has proven to be frequently challenging , dog “mess” in wrong places a nuisance, it is overall a nice building to live in. Generally not one to complain but a notable issue is value at this point. While the full rent ( base rent plus a number of additional monthly fees - keep an eye out for those) was elevated moving in, the overall value proposition was still ok. However, management has unfortunately gotten somewhat out of step with the overall pricing level of apartments vs. the market development in the area with the latest renewal rent increases, widening the already existing gap further thus making the overall value proposition now rather negative. Location in the end can only account for a certain premium. As moving is always a rather annoying excercise make sure you are ok with market disconnected rent increases beyond the initial lease."
