"I enjoy living here because of the location and comfort in my unit with attached garage. There are lots of areas for improvement. It's very noisy. I hear everything from the pool, people walking by and people in the unit above me. It's hard living here while trying to work from home. There really isn't anyone that seems to make sure people are behaving. It would be helpful if there was security to call when needed. It's also a gated community but the gate stops working every few months then it's wide open for days. Anyone can get in. There also needs to be additional trash compactors. There's only one, which breaks down often. The manager is very nice but he needs more help in the office. Maintenance is always nice but also, short handed and there's also a lot of turn over. Rent is really too high for the living conditions. As soon as we can move, we will have to if things don't improve or rent decreases."
"Love the layout of our apartment and the quiet atmosphere. Been here more than two years now. There are maintenance issues, mostly dealing with an aging water heating system, and these can be serious, but the response team knows what they're doing. We've only experienced this once in our time here. Sounds like a small thing, but we like living in a clean place. That said, we wish there were some plan for keeping exterior windows clean. We're second floor and our bedroom window is both unreachable by us, and consequently filthy. The concrete pad of our breezeway is also stained badly. In both instances (windows and breezeway), we have inquired of management if they can do something, but have never gotten any kind of response, verbal or otherwise. Can we live with dirty windows? Yes, but we'd sure rather not."
"The only good thing about this place is the location, after that it goes down hill from there. I should have known considering when it was the day before our move in day, and they still hadn't contacted us about details. This place is so unorganized, and will nickle and dime you for everything. I have never paid so much for a place and have so many issues. Maintenance is rude and doesn't care, and when you move in don't expect your deposit back, even though they don't care about helping you while you live there. They charge you for anything and everything. Also, they don't offer enough dog cans for people to clean up after their dogs, so if you walk through the grass expect to step in poop. Parking... expect to not have a place to park or have such a small parkihg spot for your car you will get dents and marks from other cars. This place is not worth it, unless you want no communication, a rude maintenence team, and to lose all your money. Look elsewhere My name is also Michelle Mantone. I in fact did live there...I was the one with the mold from the water heater that we sent in requests for multiple times for the water heater that caused it"
"Best thing - great location. Maintenance guys are very nice. Andrew in the office is wonderful, but he's the only one who seems to work there. Everything else is a problem. If you choose to live here, do a thorough inspection and insist on repairs before moving in. Too many problems to list about my apt. The worst, non-cosmetic problem: windows are too dirty to look out of and very old, providing no barrier against the cold. I can feel the cold wind coming through the windows - my last utility bill was $275 - 1 bedroom apt. Too many cars. Too few parking spaces. Big trucks parked in front of garages the block much of the road. They recently installed 8 elec car charging stations, but any cars are allowed to park in the spots. Don't know if there are even 8 electric cars in this development. So many other problems that the money could have been used for. My unit was filthy when I moved in. Glue and paint all over floors, warped floor in kitchen, dirty/missing baseboards, missing screens, filthy blinds, leaky kitchen faucet, noisy, old washer, missing wall under the bathroom sink. bathroom door doesn't latch/stay closed... I'll stop there. This is really a shame. These units were very well built. Large rooms. High ceilings. But, not worth the rent. You have other, nicer choices in this area. Do your homework. Note to whoever responds to these reviews - your platitudes aren't appreciated when you don't address the problems."
"RENTER BEWARE: I have been at this location for a few years and the quality has really dropped lately. I really cant recommend living here even if you found a good price. First off, rent increases by at least $100 a month when you need to renew. On top of that this winter we have lost heat and water three times. I am also aware of two buildings that have also been flooded in that time as well including my own. There is one trash location on the property and its a compactor that breaks at least once every 3 months and trash collects outside in a mound. This is a gated community and in my experience gates are more commonly broken then they are working. If you do decide to live here for whatever reason make sure you have a few gallons of clean water and a space heater. Don't expect much help or sympathy from the leasing office because in my experience they are more focused on deflecting blame than helping fix anything. I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but honestly enough is enough and I would hate to see anyone else get stuck here in these conditions."
