"Disrespectful staff, low-quality construction, not properly sealed and insulated apartments, lack luster accountability, roaches for days. Most doors have been clearly broken into. The hallways always smell gross because tenants apartments not sealed. The current staff breaks tenant laws and their own lease agreements. (I can’t get a lawyer because I’m broke). Also they can enter your apartment without your permission and do not care if you are there or not, they will enter. Do not rent from here. (Only plus side is everything is included but that hardly matters when everything is also disgusting/broken when you move in.)"
"I’ve stayed here with our family a few times, as part of visiting a nearby medical facility. The rooms are comfy (a little cold/drafty). The staff is great. Good location."
"We came in not clean room, full of garbage. They didn’t want to help and send someone to clean.they told us on Monday we can send someone to clean it’s Saturday . Elevator is not working it’s extremely hard with suitcases and baby and stroller to go up and down plus groceries . Stay away from this property."
"Roaches, mice, this place is infested with Vermin of all kind. Stay away also the elevator doesn't work and it makes getting up to the higher floors very difficult with groceries and your furniture and they don't do anything about it. Management here is garbage don't live here"
"This location has roaches and a general manager that does not care. The minute he found out about the roaches his move was to go on vacation. He can't retain employees. To him being a manager means dissapearing from were he is expected to be as a manager. He can't seem to be able to deal with people squatting for months, squatters that live on the 3rd floor and scream all day long and openly smoke weed in the hotel building. The apartment side has roaches brought by people living in 2102 and 2101 so both sides have roaches and knowing how filthy they were he did not care just handed over chemicals to residents so they deal with it. Instead of retaining employees he refuses to buy them water instead gives free water to guests that can afford 149 to 199 a night while their employees have to pay for theirs. Sad sad excuse. Looks good on the outside but rotting in the inside."
