"The Mezz is a wonderful place to live. Hallie and Viktoriia are always so helpful and kind with everything. The maintenance team is super responsive and friendly. Its a very dog friendly and clean and has good spaces to entertain guests. I also love that its close to great food, entertainment, shopping and the light rail!"
"The staff is confrontational and unprofessional. I had a complaint from a neighbor without my knowledge and was greeted very rude when I walked in the office to pay my rent. The manager and her assistant threatened to terminate the lease without previous knowledge of any wrong doings. The doors never work properly and cause huge security concerns day and night. I’ve been locked out in the middle of the night because the key fob system stopped working. The area appears to be nice but the homeless in the area make open cars their own and have been in the stairs wells of the complex. Trash and the smell of urine stains the stair wells and makes for unpleasant surprise on a weekly basis. There have even been burnt books in the stair well!! Like come on fix the doors please! All this on top of the normal stuff: stolen package, cops always at the complex, leaking ceilings ect."
"My wife and I LOVE living at The Mezz!!! Great location, lots of food and entertainment nearby plus quick access to the highway. All the amenities are fantastic particularly the pool /hot tub area.The staff have been great to work with and have been very accommodating! Our little doggie loves it too."
"The mezz is a wonderful place to live and experience. The staff Hallie and Victoria do a wonderful job attending to residents needs and wants. Any issue I’ve ever had has been dealt with extremely quick. Also they treat animals like family alwys provide treats at the club house. Which is also always stocked with a variety of coffee. Been here 2+ years and love the community!"
