No privacy drug use you can smell in hallway coming out of apartments Cameras are there but who knows what for with the smell of drugs Carpet was pulled out due to bed bugs Some Dishonest reviews made by extended family to boost the bad ones."

"Its horrible, the water is never hot so I can never take a shower, theres always homeless people camping in the lobby, and smoking god knows what in there which makes it smell horrible, theres also roaches too. I can never sleep peacefully because theres so many people blasting music. The buzzers do not work either, and you can only have 1 apartment key and 1 other key that lets you into the building but it costs 70 bucks for extra, which means only 1 person can unlock their apartment or get into the building, which is extremely inconvenient. Do not live here, as some people in the north apartments do heavy drugs, LIKE METH!"

"If I could write this apartment complex as zero or -5 I would. I have lived here for a year. My lease is up in January. I have not yet to receive a request to renew my lease. They told me they would put something on my door within 45 days now is less than 15 days before I have to be out and they have not given me a renewal of my lease and when I asked management told me they haven’t even checked for renewal yet for January They have not even put anything on my door, all except an inspection of the apartments, but anybody can live here who smokes, meth, and fentanyl, crack and you ain’t even got a pay rent here. Just signed a lease pay rent for the first month and the rest of the year is free. Oh for the drug users it is but the people who work hard and paid the full amount of money we get treated like dirt you cannot enjoy reading or doing anything else without having to hear the neighbors upstairs and their conversations they pulled the carpet out of these apartments now you can hear but every little thing that goes on in everybody else’s apartment , you have no privacy . It’s the worst place I have ever lived. Another apartment complex that I’m trying to get into has sent them paperwork and they don’t even want to do it. They’ve ignored it, so how am I post to move? If they’re not doing their job I’m fed up I’m ready for a lawsuit.."

"Rent with Caution. I don’t suggest. Weird place to live. Half of the reviews are mostly relatives or friends of property management due to the poor ratings. Property is very well kept, maintained and secured entry with cameras that give more security. However the property owners/management have no boundaries and love being nosey to an invasive point ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A SINGLE WOMAN Cameras are mostly used to watch tenants coming goings even what they bring in without boundaries. They will go into your apartment while your not home not home and it’s added to your lease if thuroughly read “may enter for emergency and non emergency maintenance checks “ even if you haven’t reported a problem without notice."

"I have lived here over 2 years. It has been a pleasant place to live, Lindsey is amazing and very efficient with her work. Mike the Maintenance man has always been on top of everything I have requested. The area is not the best, but I feel safe in my home due to the cameras, and the Mike living on the property. They keep the grounds very clean, and everyone in building have been super respectful as well. If there is any issues management handles. It’s very affordable for Denver living, and I appreciate my experience so far."
