"They always turn off the hot water, I've lasted weeks without hot water, bad maintenance they don't do anything when the music is loud, they cut off the water whenever they feel like it, increasing the rent every month before it was $800 then they raised it to $900 and you save 1,000 $ for a room. many people who sell drugs live There."
