"Canyon Chase Apartments is phenomenal! My apartment was spotless. The rental agent, Lilian, is exceptional, responding immediately in a very helpful, professional and personable manner. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are nestled in a gorgeous, wooded area with even a meandering creek in back of some of the apartments. Canyon Chase is county living in an urban area. Lilian showed me through the apartment on Monday and I signed the lease on Thursday. The total experience was a most positive one and I now have a beautiful, secluded and lovely apartment to show for it. I recommend Canyon Chase without reservation."
"I read comments prior to touring an apartment. If you read this in the same situation, please give this community a chance. I’m 30, and have lived in 4 separate apartment communities. THIS is the most welcome I’ve felt. Front office was patient with my stupid questions and helped through the hurdles we had. Upon arrival, they were so thorough and approached in such a therapeutic manner. I felt so at peace in a time I should’ve felt immense stress. Thank you so much."
