"Excellent property, great amenities, and everything is as advertised. Will and Estrella were super helpful through the whole application and move in process. Even though the apartment doesn’t offer a few things like trailer parking, Estrella went above and beyond and provided some recommendations for people they work with for things of that nature. All around, they made things a lot easier than most places do. The apartment was in fantastic condition upon move in and we look forward to living here and settling in. The entire property is clean, well maintained, and looks new."

"I really enjoyed my time at The Edison. The leasing office, especially Will, and the maintenance team were always helpful and responsive. Not a lot of partying here, but it has its fair share of people dumping trash and acting like maniacs in the garage, but hey, that's apartment living, not specifically an Edison issue. There were a lot of garage door issues, but they usually added a security patrol during these times. I appreciated the secure mail room."

"Love living here! It’s a good community and well-run. The maintenance crew do their job well. They keep the building beautiful and safe. They are respectful and friendly. They respond very quickly and solves problems fast. I can’t say enough good things about staff and the management. Feels like people love their jobs around here. I also love the amenities like the pool and gym. Having a secure parcel room with cameras makes ordering from amazon easy!! And there are cameras everywhere too. Everything is kept running smoothly. This is truly a quality, safe, classy, modern and homey apartment building. Been living here for 2 yrs now and I plan to renew my lease."

"I’ve been living here about a year and just renewed for another lease. I came from out of state and wasn’t able to tour in person. The staff were very flexible and gave me great information and detail on the units. I felt confident moving forward signing a lease from states away and the complex didn’t disappoint!! I feel very safe, apartment has great amenities, quick response to maintenance request, and everything is very transparent when it comes to fees and prices, I’ve had no new surprises sprung on me this year :-) I’m excited to spend at least another year here!"
