"I have considered moving here and I called. The leasing agent was Sam who answered my phone call and he was great!! I would've gone further with applying, but there are way too many extra fees. This is my only concern with the apartment complex. I feel like renters should only be responsible for the rent, utilities, and internet. All of the landlords who are making us pay for parking, their liability insurance, and pet rent is totally ridiculous! Colorado laws are changing, but not fast enough!"

"I moved in about 2 months ago, July 2023, and I love this place. Price is pretty good for everything you get out of this place. It's gated, has Amazon hubs, and friendly mail service. Updated features in the units. Maintenance is very quick and easy to communicate with. Huge thing as well, the leasing staff! Specifically Sam! Very welcoming, and always there to help with any questions or concerns. Through experience, I believe having good people in the leasing office goes a long way. And he hits it out of the park. Also a very quiet and family friendly community."

"Upon our move in, in January we had a few bumps, but Sylevester the community manager quickly resolved the issues and we have been super happy since! The maintenance team is so lovely and nice, our dog Charlie always loves to give them a visit in the mornings during his walks! Overall my husband and I have been very satisfied with the apartment and staff."

"Lived here for 2 years. This new management company is horrendous. After my first lease ended, they sent me a renewal contract that would automatically renew if I didn't respond in a certain amount of time, however they sent it to an account I didn't have access to. Discussed this with them and they still had the renewal go through, but for a different unit so i had to move everything out of one unit to a smaller, more expensive one across the complex. After that lease ended, I was sent the same renewal offer but responded to this one and was STILL charged with a termination of the lease, a $350 fee which I couldn't dispute and then they sent the account to collections for a $950 debt. When I spoke to a representative at the GP office, they assured me we could resolve this matter at the intended original price of $350 (which shouldn't have existed anyways as I never broke the lease). Avoid this place at all costs. It's not even a great apartment for 2k/mo when I was originally paying $1350 for the larger unit."

I had one month left on my lease I had to leave to tend to my grandfather passing the office let it go knowing I was. Coming back and the situation. I came back the new management took my file 3 years after and claimed the one month and ruined my renting abilities for. 7 years. And from what I'm reading I'm not missing much with this new company"
