"I am shocked to see any positive reviews for this place in the past year or so. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because this was my first time renting an apartment and I came from out of state. Anyway this is definitely not a quiet apartment complex. It is the most uncomfortably warm place I have had to sleep in. Your AC wall unit isn't gonna do anything for you so expect to invest in a portable. Wasn't even gonna mention the roach problem until I saw it in pretty old reviews which... is really embarrassing and disgusting. I think the best piece of advice I can give is don't order packages here. The buildings are physically labeled differently from maps so people will constantly get confused and mess up the delivery. Worst of all other tenants will just take your package and not bring it to your door so expect to start using amazon lockers. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Absolutely terrible place to live in. The place is laced with roaches. Its dirty and most of all the worst most disrepectful neighbors ever. I highly reccommend NOT living here."

"Roaches trash everywhere the management changed 3 times while being here and they also can’t help you if anything happens because management makes it seem like you are a nuisance if you have any problem. Easily one of the worst complexes around and they never sweep the parking lot. I got several flat tires due to the construction crews that redo the apartments leaving nails everywhere. Unprofessional and disgusting. DONT MOVE HERE. Oh yeah and the pool wasn’t open the entire time we lived here."

"I've seen what appears to be drug deals going down in the parking lot in the middle of the day. Police seem to be called weekly. One of the buildings had the roof collapse after the big hail storm of 2017, and the owners don't seem to care about getting it repaired. At 1200 bucks for a 2 bedroom, I would expect more from this place. Dumpsters should be emptied more often , as they are overflowing all the time."
