"If you're just there to drop off a package that's all ready to go, you can't go wrong. If you need literally anything else, don't bother. This is basically just a place to drop a package. When I came in there's no one in this section, they can't print labels, they don't have packaging, they basically can't do anything but take a package. Presumably that's all they're meant to do, but they should just call it a 'FedEx Drop-Off Site' or something."
