"Horrible company. Scheduled the movers months in advance for my mother. They never showed up. When we called they said we canceled it. Never happened. Extremely rude over the phone. So unprofessional."

"Not a great company. We scheduled my move for Friday at noon, they day before the move he told me he’d have to push it back until 2, at this point I had no option since it was the day before I had to be out. At 2:30 I asked for an eta since no one had reached me and he said they’d be there at 5:30 at the earliest. Since that was 5 and a half hours late we rescheduled for the next day, a Saturday. They showed up early and worked great But forgot tools so they had to use my roommates to take apart my furniture. After loading up the truck the movers informed me they hadn’t eaten lunch and wanted a lunch break. I understood but then they got lost finding my new apartment so it took 20 min of calling and standing outside to find them, after 30 min of waiting in an empty apartment for them to eat. When they got back they unloaded it very quick and professional and luckily the old roommate lent me the tools for the night but it’s unprofessional to forget that because that’s part of what I was paying them for! Then when it came time to pay they charged me extra for the move being on a weekend instead of a weekday even though I scheduled it Friday and it was their fault they left me hanging. They also tried to charge me for the lunch break they took! I had to argue about how many hours they had been there and they added on extra charges we hadn’t discussed anyway. I’m extremely disappointed. You’d think if they canceled the day before I’d get a discount not charged extra for them doing it a day late! I had to take off 2 days of work instead of one because of them. They have a cheap rate for movers but with the hidden fees, the lunch scam, and me needing to take off 2 days to make this happen, I would have rather hired a better more reliable company."

"The guys that moved us were great. They were very careful and wrapped everything. The owner is a little on the dishonest side. Quoted me 1 price and then tried to charge me another. I specifically explained what was moving and gave as much details as possible, but he didn't listen carefully and tried to upcharge me. Hire but write down details. Make sure to tell them you want your carpet protected. They won't do it otherwise."

"I couldn't have been happier with my recent move. I spoke to Marshall and set everything up, and even with a short notice (2 days) he was willing to work with me. He was able to meet me at my own designated time due to work and priced everything out for me over the phone. On the day of the move, the movers were about 20 minutes behind schedule, but Marshall called and notified me to inform me of the delay. The movers showed up, were super friendly and worked in a professional manner. The movers came prepared, wrapped our heavy furniture, and had plenty of extra thick blankets to use. The movers worked at a good pace and had us completely moved in three hours. When everything was all said and done, the total amount due was exactly what Marshall and I had discussed over the phone. Overall great experience, and I recommend due to friendliness, competitive rates, and their work pace/quality."

"Had service from them 5/19. The movers were amazing, unfortunately their boss was very unprofessional. I strongly recommend using any other moving company. Had us scheduled in the morning, never showed up never called. Once I called the manager, marshall, he said he would call me back to see where the movers were. He never called back. I called 45 min later and his excuse was the truck was broke down and they wouldn't get to us until 1 pm. He should have called to inform me as I had other things to do instead of wasting my time sitting around waiting for them to show up. So then he tells me the movers will get there at 12:10 (a half hr within our last conversation) they show up at 12:50. I ask him for a discount to compensate for my whole day lost and he says "we'll see after the move". The movers informed me that this was their day off and that marshall had just called them in to do "tomorrow's move today instead" ..SO HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ME SCHEDULED AND LIED ABOUT IT AND BLAMED IT ON THE MOVERS TO COVER HIS OWN MISTAKES. It's simple just admit your mistake and compensate me. The truck being broke down was probably a lie as well then. He only took $25 off of the price. At least do 10% or more off! Very disappointed in the management. Because of their boss I will not be using them again. ***update just found a chunk of my bed frame taken out have informed the manager we'll see how he responds. **latest update told them to leave my house because they're blaming me for trusting them with my furniture. Saying there's no way they did it. So they're saying in this last hr that I did it."
