"If I could give this place a negative star I would. Lived here 2 years ago and STILL I don’t have a breakdown as to what was charged and why my deposit was not returned. On top of this I apparently owed the complex money after leaving the apartment cleaner than when I moved in, had the carpets professionally cleaned upon move out and provided documentation for this. The manager back then avoided me and even now the new manager has stated he would help me and still I have radio silence. There was a shooting across from my apartment building in another building on the property, maintenance sucks, dumpsters are always full. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. LOW PRICES ARE DECEIVING! YOU DONT EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AT THE BARE MINIMUM."

"Unexpected update October 2023: I moved out at the beginning of June and four months later they have not returned a cent of my security deposit. They keep saying they'll send a check and they don't. This has been going on for a month. We're not talking about a couple hundred bucks either. I paid over $1000 for a security deposit. These people are grifters. They will lie and steal from you. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are cheaper options!! It's not worth being stolen from, I promise you. Update: My deposit was returned after a month of calling every day and sending a certified letter demanding the money. June 2023: Don't move here. I lived here two years, and I'm never leasing an apartment here again. Staff ignore you and your issues. Neighbors are extremely loud. Kristen (manager) is rude and unprofessional. She will actively ignore your calls and emails, then when you finally get in touch with her she will talk over you and never let you finish what you're saying. She will refuse to uphold the terms of the lease whenever you have a problem. The toilet has never flushed properly the entire time I've lived here. There's trash everywhere and the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. My car has been vandalized in the parking lot. My neighbor has been waking me up every night for the last year. Save yourself the trouble and don't move here."

"If I could give Cooperstone zero starts I would. This is the worst place to live for multiple reasons. I lived there for over 4 years and the employ turnover is truly disturbing. There is a new crew in there every week; they lose your lease agreement, have no sense of handling money, lose federally binding documents, etc. The people they do get in there can barely perform basic tasks, much less run an apartment complex. We moved out in the first week of August and left our apartment in IMMACULATE condition; walls patched and painted, carpets cleaned, floorboards wiped, anything you could imagine was completed. I went in to get my deposit and I don't even get half back and they said the unit was trashed, which is an utter lie because I have picture proof. We were told by the maintenance crew and manger at the time that the unit was in perfect condition and move-in ready. How strange that a new group gets in there and they have no common sense, nor communication with the previous crew. There was no carpet to replace, no holes to patch, NOTHING so I am not sure where all this money supposedly went. Other than maybe into the pockets of the employees to try and get them in the door to work. When I approached the employee RESPECTFULLY, he refused to speak to me. I have tried on multiple occasions to reach out to corporate and to know shock, nobody has answered or responded to my multiple calls and emails. They will say there are policies in place but have no where to prove this, they make these things up as they please. It's utterly terrible. As far as living there, it is just as terrible. Dead animals sit on the stair wells for MONTHS, people leaving their leave their fecal matter on the stairs and walls with nobody cleaning it up for months, crucial maintenance orders take weeks to be fixed, they will change your rent every month BECAUSE THEY LOSE LEASE AGREEMENTS, the list could continue. Save yourself and stay as far away from here as you can! I would be happy to change my review if someone would take the time to speak to me."

"If I could give it 0 stars for a rating, I would. My son has been trying to contact ANYONE for THREE WEEKS!!!! NO ONE has bothered to answer a phone call, return a message OR email. After reading the other reviews, I would pass this place up. Hopefully the management is enjoying their paycheck because the investors aren’t getting squat!!"

"Very pleasant looking place with friendly office staff, however if it helps anyone they ARE income restricted - which is not clearly stated on their website at all. Seems like a pretty important thing to mention. Also had a very weird circular experience with their website encouraging me to call, the call encouraging me to get texts from them, and the texts encouraging me to go to website - and then the cycle restarted."
