Fabulous amenities - my family and friends never fail to tell me "You love at a resort!" Easy access to Denver, the front range, Rocky Mtn Natl Park and the airport! Quiet and quick access to green space! Monthly community events so you can meet new people! Fantastic apartments that have great layouts and are spacious! If you are looking for a new place to call home, look no further! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Lived here for two wonderful years. The staff goes above and beyond. Any issues were dealt with extremely fast (not that they happened often, it's a fairly new build). Amenities are great. Layout was awesome. Would highly recommend! Anyone leaving less than 4 stars is out of their mind. The one star review a few below mine is entirely inaccurate and false lol *cough* Rachel.... Thanks again for a great couple of years and Happy Holidays to a great team!!! Sad I will miss the Holiday party :("

"Know the colorado habitability law when you move in here. Went several months without heat and no response from the office. Went several months with cold water. They had a check for my rent sitting right on their desk in front of them(app was down) and called me to tell me rent was late, then looked down. Never got a tour just got the keys to take a look. During a blizzard they leave salt and a shovel to fend for yourself and close their office. Sheila Martin gave a 5 star review shes manager. Several residents got the exact cash back from deposit. They drive golf carts everywhere then park it on the access aisle in front of the office, violating Americans with disabilities act. Their key drop off slot after hours is in a pile of rocks inaccessible to disabled residents."

"Luna Bella is WONDERFUL! The physical amenities are outstanding. The floorplans are great. The location is ideal. But it is the staff that makes the place happy and friendly, and run like clockwork. AND the Coal Creek trail is out the back door. Splendid views to keep you moving. Highly recommended!!!!"

"I love it here at Luna Bella. The staff (Sheila, Amanda, Bailey and Adam) are fantastic and I consider them friends at this point. The amenities can’t be beat and we have an awesome view of the open space to the north and mountains to the west. I’ve met several residents here that are now also great friends. Awesome community!"
