"I just want to say Prana sets exceptional standards for their residences. They are on a whole different level when it comes to making you feel at home and welcomed. when we first moved in they had such a thoughtful house warming gift for us. this included cheese, candy, cups, a cutting board and a very sweet welcoming card! that right there alone speaks volumes about their commitment to making residents feel valued. Prana have went above and beyond my expectations of what an apartment complex should be like and here's why. Since I moved here Prana have always had/have new and innovate ways for us residents to socialize, bond and connect. From brunches, ice-cream trucks, catered dinners to balcony contests! This place is a 10/10 onto of all of that you guys. I was on my way home from the gym tell me why I see a balloon on my door, as I steer closer (all confused.) I see a very sweet card and candy bag wishing my soon to be 3 yr old son a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Never and I mean NEVER have I ever lived in an apartment complex where they prioritize the little things. Tell me, what apartment complex remembers birthdays? better yet, GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to have include an unexpected gift for our family? I must say being a black resident you don't, and 8/10 WONT, get that inclusive welcoming feel that u get here. (if you know, you know) & to be honest, Even without the gifts and the little things that they do. You will feel welcomed here, everyone here is so sweet! even down to the other residents. if you're hesitant and/or still on the fence about residing here, don't be."

"This review is explicitly for Mike. We submitted a work order for our washing machine and he came by within an hour. He also noticed our dryer was running hot and took the time to get that fixed as well. That was very much appreciated! We've had a great experience with the staff here."

"Love the area, everyone I’ve worked with in the office is great, service always done immediately with any problems, particularly Mike - really helped us out with a washer dryer situation and super prompt and communicative. Walls and floors are really thin here with noise, that’s my biggest complaint. But so affordable for the area and I do recommend!"

"We moved in at the end of December and have been very happy so far! The office staff is so friendly and they host lots of events for the residents which are always so fun! Ryan, one of the maintenance workers has been helpful and they keep the grounds looking clean!"
