"My stay with Ezlyn was quiet until it wasn't... . Personally, it's over priced but that isn't all the apartment fault... However I have a big heart for animals so I found puppies that needed a place to stay so I brought them back to health and gave them to a good home. Mario the current manager got word of this and served me with demand or comply which was about getting rid of the extra dogs with in 10 days so I did.. you would think he would be okay and back off, WRONG.. Instead Mario told me I had to get rid of my female dog who was on the lease and then went on to say my male dog has to go or I get evicted . My female dog is on the lease and my male dog is a service animal. Even though I had did everything I was supposed to do. Mario serve me with an eviction and we went to court and they dismissed it.. Mario put a piece of paper on my door that said I'm not signing your lease again so you need to move out by the date.. Mario didn't wait 12 hours before he put that piece of paper on my door... Having the extra dogs were the only time that I ever had any kind of problem with this apartment complex. I'm not sure if what he's doing is legal but do not recommend this place to anyone. Josh and Denise in the office professional and they did what I requested if I had any problems but Mario different story. And since he is the manager I just don't recommend"

"Giving this place a 4 because the leasing office & maintenance handles requests in a timely manner and are super polite/accommodating. The apartments are a bit on the older side but the complex is really quiet, in a decent location, and overall is a cozy vibe."

"We have only lived here for about a month now but it has been fantastic. Joshua has been the most helpful and kind person throughout the whole process from the tour all the way through move in. He is always prompt when answering our emails and always has a solution for any problems that come up. We are so grateful to him for all of his help."

"I’ve lived in this complex for almost 5 years now and we’ve gone through our fair share of management changes. Some were brutal, and thankfully, that woman has left the management position. The current manager Mario, is very kind and genuinely seems to care about this property. Josh, the leasing agent is also very nice and willing to help in any situation. In the five years we’ve lived here, the current staff made up of Mario & Josh is the best staff the complex has had. Overall, maintenance has gone through some changes over the five years as well, but we have personally not had an issue with delay of maintenance response. In fact, they replaced our water heater twice when it went out and the piece needed to repair it was on a substantial back order."

"I lived here for 2 years from 2018-2020 while attending a trade school at the nearby broomfield airport. I was very happy with my experience there. The few maintenance issues I had were taken care of immediately. The facilities and amenities were always well kept. Snow and ice were promptly cleared. I was not hit with any hidden fees when i moved in or moved out. In all honesty, they could have charged me a fee as I did stain the carpet pretty badly just inside the entryway, but they told me they were replacing the carpet in that unit anyway before the next tenant moved in and declined to charge me a fee(even though they would have had every right to). This alone speaks volumes to the good character of the management team. My only complaint is admittedly a minor and inconsequential one, but I absolutely hated the new black and white paint scheme that they did to the building exteriors just before I moved out in 2020. The old colors were a very warm mix of browns and reds that I thought fit perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The black and white just looks ugly, artificial, and unwelcoming by comparison."
