Harvest Station Apartments

"Avoid at all costs. -Noisy units, noise complaints were unaddressed and disrupted quality of living -They will nickel and dime you for as much as possible on your way out, forcing you to deal with an extensive dispute process -Not enough parking. Often needed to park all the way across the complex, and sometimes wasn’t able to find parking at all -Security- I had multiple packages stolen, and anyone is welcome to enter the complex during the day with no credentials or anything. -Overall dirty complex with piles of trash overflowing at the trash collection areas, which is a concern for pests Would give zero stars, except for the only bright spot at Harvest Station which is Breanna at the front desk who is extremely kind and helpful."

"I’m currently on my second year living here and I don’t think the leasing office has ever answered the phone. I’m constantly having to leave messages with them because nobody is ever there to answer. Recently my car got hit in the parking lot and on the same night, my boyfriend’s work van got broken into… and guess what… they didn’t answer the phone! So I leave a message explaining what happened and they never called me back so it looks like they don’t seem to care. So if you have a work van, this might not be the place for you because they won’t let us park the van inside the gate since we can only have a certain amount of parking passes. Hopefully someday they can get back to me on the incidents that happened but I’m not gonna hold my breath."

"The pros for living here: It’s one of the cheaper options you’ll find in the area, and the appliances are upgraded and nicer than you’ll find in most similar apartments. In general I didn’t like living here. The main reason was noise, and for those who are noise sensitive I strongly suggest avoiding Harvest Station. The sources were multiple – primarily, there are a lot of younger people living here (although it’s mixed) and they tend to be louder. On that, it also depends a lot on your neighbors. The complex is also right next to Hwy 36 which isn’t a problem until some weekends late at night when you get the souped up street racers cruising up and down the highway – and you can hear them regardless of where you are in the complex. Another downside was maintenance – It took them 6 weeks to get to a simple issue with my sink. I understand being busy, but 6 weeks doesn’t seem reasonable to me. It wasn’t an emergency, but still. Lastly, the front office is helpful when you can get a hold of them. In the entire time I lived there, from looking at places to move-out, I never once was able to call and talk to a person directly. If you leave a message it often gets returned, and they are very nice and helpful when you get a hold of them. But don’t expect to immediately get in touch with them. The last 2 items are more minor, and it all depends on what’s important to you."

"I have been a resident of this apartment complex for over five years and the office/maintenance teams are the absolute best! The front office crew is always so welcoming and nice and any maintenance issues that have arose (I’ve had maybe one in five years) was promptly taken care of. I wanted to also give a shoutout to Brandy M because she has always been so helpful and ensured that I was taken care of with any questions or concerns I had. She is truly such an amazing person and definitely essential to the all-star team of Harvest Station!"

"Breanna helped us with everything from our initial conversation about applying to our move-in appointment. She was amazing. Super professional, timely in answering any questions that we had. The place is amazing. Love the amenities...the pool, hot tub, the dog park for my pups. My space is awesome, love that everything feels new and updated. The only thing that I would change is to make available one more parking space. There are 2 of us in a two bedroom and we both have an SUV and we each have a motorcycle...so it's way tight in the garage/adjacent spot."
