"Very rude staff. Told us our room was not ready and we have to wait. I mentioned we woke at 5am and like magic a room became available. We wanted to change it next day and from 8am till 12pm kept us waiting to finally give a "not available" answer. The lady at the reception seemed racist. We had to change to Marriott residents zinn next door."
"Staying here for 5 nights. We've been here for 3 nights and for 2 of them our room hasn't been cleaned. Very disappointed! I'm a Hilton Diamond, not that it really matters, but I've never had issues like this. We've gone for 12 hours hiking and enjoying the area, to come back to a dirty room and no clean towels. When we walked in tonight, the front desk representative was on a video call with someone. Very DISAPPOINTING!"
"Had a bit of trouble checking in at first using the digital key, however……we were given a different room that was available as we were checking in a bit early. And man were we given the royal upgrade. Very mich appreciated for that. Been in a hundred hotels probably now and this was probably the best of the experiences I have had =] Clean, new upgrades, and super super spacious"
"We stayed for a couple nights. The hotel is new and built to very high standards. There is a nice pool and the fitness center is the best equipped I've seen. The rooms are well appointed and in great shape. Hilton did this one right! Highly recommended!!"
"They only straighten the rooms every 4 days, and it's bare minimum. Constantly running to the lobby for coffee, towels, dish soap, etc. Breakfast wasn't terrific by any means. One elevator stopped working, and my handicapped wife had a long, long trek to the far side of the building to the single working elevator. Pool was out of service on arrival and was freezing cold when they opened it back up. For the money, service should have been a lot better. The bed and couch/chairs were comfortable."
