"I stayed here for a little over a month. I had to switch rooms due to flooding in the room above me. The room I stayed in the shower panel cracked on the floor and I fell. I called the front desk. The next day I did an incident report and was told it was sent electronically. Dwight was supposed to have got back to me. I’ve never heard back from anyone. It’s been a headache trying to deal with this pace. I would not recommend staying at this place"

We ended up at Woodsprings mostly because of pricing and location to our doctors appointments and friends. He treats his guests like family and makes you feel welcome from check-in to checkout and every day in-between. I hope Dwight's employer's know what a true gem they have! He definitely deserves to be appreciated, as without his kindness and professional attitude we would have stayed elsewhere. We were ready to rent at another property close to this one, but the staff and manager were very rude when we went to check-in. We canceled our stay and headed to WoodSpring where we were treated just wonderful. Thank you Dwight and your staff for the great service, nice room, affordable price and attention to details!
