"The snow removal is absolutely horrible. Easily the worst thing about this place. No complaints about the unit, no complaints about maintenance, but if you drive a rwd or fwd vehicle the snow removal crews will screw you over. They also miss a lot of the property. Also the valet trash people don’t always pick up your trash, then animals get into it and once that happens the trash crews ignore your unit so essentially you’re responsible for taking out the trash even though you pay for the valet trash service."

"A big thank you to Yoel for taking care of replacing my hot water heater that was not working properly and therefore, my heat was not as efficient as it should have been. He identified the problem and had the plumbers out the next day. Also, he has been so quick to jump on other small issues and to always thoroughly explain what the process is. He is definitely a terrific asset to this community!! Thank you!!"

"I lived here in 2007 for a few years, sometimes it was lacking maintenance and the other management company (Nothing to do with Marquis) wasn't competent at all. I made the choice to try residing here again only after visiting a few other places. There was a fundamental difference of approach, organization and professionalism that I didn't see elsewhere. After reviewing the 2 bedroom model apartment, I was sold. My initial allocation wasn't a refreshed apartment but after talking to Cami, who's an exemplary employee and representative of the Marquis management group, she identified another location that I picked. 2 months into living here, I'm very happy with my choice. There are many rental locations around this zip code with more appearing all the time but the Marquis Castle Pines stands out in my opinion from all the other options out there."

"Just completed my first year at Marquis Castle Pines, new at renting after 60+ years. The staff here helped make my unit as safe as possible for an 81 year old, installing safety bars, and making me feel as if they care. The Maintenance Crew have all been nothing short of wonderful, each one I have met….Joel, Luis, Bradley and Xavier….are so courteous, polite and respectful, they also make me feel as if they care about my comfort living here and do their jobs so efficiently. Each inspection or repair/maintenance has been a positive experience. The grounds are well kept year round, same crew, snow is shoveled immediately from sidewalks and parking areas. Good place to live!"
