Citadel at Castle Pines Luxury Villas & Townhomes

"At first look the place looks great but after living here for 4 months I have a few issues. The parking is terrible they need to designate spots. The snow removal is a joke at best they just send out an email making an excuse for why it has not been done. The last snowstorm was a good example that they don't care, it took 2 days just to have the entryways done and 3 days to get the walkways cleared and they still didn't do all of the sidewalks. They let the sun melt a main sidewalk directly to the office which was a good clue how much they care, besides just being a liability issue. The dryers in the apartments do not dry very well and I have to hang my clothes just finish drying them. My HVAC system broke down after 3 months and I had to wait a couple days to get it fixed. Which I will give kudos to the maintenance crew for taking care of it.The gym equipment almost always has one or two out of order signs in place.I have 4 lights that flicker in each room throughout the house and they are not fixing them but pointing the finger at the power company. Now my toilet is rocking back and forth, so i have just thrown my hands in the air cause it never seems to end. For being a brand new place it seems to have a lot of issues. The finish work is subpar and they should have never let it pass final inspection. I have a door that makes a loud noise whenever I close it then open it . If this continues I will be finding another place when my lease is up."

"This brand new set of buildings are quite cheaply made. Even our stairs are uneven and pitched incorrectly. Flooring is coming up and you can feel holes and unevenness all over. Paint is coming off easily with even a brush of your clothing against the wall. If I was the owner, I’d be furious with the quality of the work of the builder. Further, almost none of the equipment in the fitness center is working. They’ve now shut it down entirely. There is also very limited parking. I wish I could give it a better review."

"These apartments are amazing and beautiful which include luxury amenities with a hot tub and pool open year round! They have the kindest & most hardworking office staff I have seen from an apartment complex. Stephanie and Tayler are awesome and super helpful! Great place to live"

"Moving in here was a breeze! The leasing staff made it so easy for me to understand what was needed and made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. I LOVE that we have a year round pool and one of the other perks is that no one lives above me so I don't have to worry about steps on top of me. I love living here. It's such a wonderful space and place!"

"The apartment homes are beautiful and Stephanie was nice and helpful! However upon entering our home we opened the oven and found boxes of pizza that were half eaten old and moldy. We told the manager about this and asked if the apartment had been inspected before hand and she said yes, she didn’t seems to care and said sorry about that. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I really wish this situation was handled better."
