"Could not leave a one star review, or I would have. The WORST customer service ever of any shipping service I have ever used. FedEx texts me saying my package was attempted to be delivered but no one was home. I AM home and have cameras all over my house. NO ONE from FedEx has been to my house. I was supposed to have my package delivered guaranteed on the 21st of December. It is still attempted to be delivered everyday to Lord only know where. I have called the customer service line ten times and was told every time that there is no way for them to escalate my call to a manager. I’m sure with the poor service their customer experience team is used to ignoring problems and getting customers off the line. I hate to rant, but the lack of concern by the call center is appalling and my package is still out for delivery. Wish me luck!"
