"Rent here at your own risk. The previous property manager never completed maintenance requests, and the new property manager has kicked out everyone that continued to complain about the uncompleted maintenance requests. This includes non-working air conditioning, water leaks, etc. The new property manager's name is Terrence Lennon, and he is a total tool. He will lie to your face, and try to evict you even if your lease is not yet expired. Then, he'll mockingly tell you to have your lawyer call him. He will steal your deposit and randomly knock on your door for a surprise inspection. Again, rent here at your own risk."

"I lived at Aspen Creek for 6 years - it was an overall good place to live. The neighborhood was great and there never seemed to be any safety issues. My only issue was with maintainence/management. Over the 6 years, there were multiple times where we would have no hot water for days. There were also issues with not having a working toilet multiple times. It would take forever to get management to respond, and even longer to "fix" the problem. Whenever there was any maintenance related issue, it would always become an issue later on due to not correctly fixing the problem in the first place. Aside from the maintainence issues though, I enjoyed living here. I would definitely recommend it...unless you don't like cold showers :)"
