"The office was nice but the apartment itself was really small. We decided against moving here because of how small it was. The office staff were very nice though."

"So happy I moved out. Worst place I have ever lived. Had so many issues with the heat and AC, a week in winter with no hot water or heat. The system is so old you can't have heat and AC together so you need to wait for them to decided when you go from heat to AC, both times this happened the thermostat didn't work. The mo th before we left the AC unit broke and we didn't even get so much as an apology from them while we waited to move out. It felt like a F you because they knew we was moving and why would they fix something for someone who is moving out."

"Genuinely counting down the days until my lease ends…this place is barely liveable. The maintenance team treats me like I am an idiot, to the point I would really rather live with broken things than contact them. The leasing staff does ZERO communication, I have had my water just turned off without any notice. I had to call and ask what was going on for any information. Only after i suggested maybe they should post a notice to let people know did any communication go out. My patio floods and they didn’t even believe me and have no plans of fixing this even though I called many many times. We are forced to pay amenity fees for no amenities. They have one pool open and have told us the other one would “open this weekend”…the first of June. Still not open. But the fees sure are there. Including fees for their property tax as well as community electricity and water as well as your neighbors. The laundry room is gross and floods when it rains too. The gate is constantly broken then fixed then broken then fixed with again, zero communication. They are money grabbers with the laundry facilities, fobs, and rent. There are tons of extra fees that you are not warned about. I feel genuinely tricked into moving into the complex as the show apartment was 10x nicer than the actual apartment I received. The kitchen is tiny and barely useable. The police constantly are around and the crime rate is high. Definitely not suitable to single females and family’s with children. I wish I could leave and never look back. I am writing this review to try and make sure no one makes the mistake I do. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be disappointed and stuck in a lease with everything overpriced to be treated awfully."

"We lived here for two and a half years. It was horrible!! Theres was no good experience at all whats so ever. Everyone in the front office is completely unprofessional! Be sure to keep copies of everything! If you pay rent physically make them print a cope and sign the receipt or they will charge you again if THEY LOOSE YOUR RENT CHECK! They claim there is no deposit because it is included in your rent NOT TRUE! Have an excel bill? Hope you like having two! Included in your rent is a bill for electricity for THEIR facility! As well as paying for THEIR utilities! You might as well be part owner for everything you are paying for here! They make sure to milk you for everything you got! We were scheduled to move out may 11th, we moved out may 1st! We were told to wait until contacted for our last bill. Jokes on us again they charged us late fees, and a bunch of unnecessary charges!! We had a third party come in to do any repairs before we left, we know him on a first name basis because every time anything happened we would call the office, we were promised a maintenance ticket, then when weeks pass and we follow up we find out a ticket was never submitted! The list goes on! Im sure ill get a response stating to contact them and they regret our stay wasnt satisfactory blah blah blah do not buy into it! DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"Was super excited to move forward with our application process with this complex but we ended up running into a lot of issues. We were given a written offer and submitted our application the very next day. We did paper applications and visited the complex with questions about 4 times. Interacting with several staff including management. We are from out of town and definitely disappointed with the amount of time wasted by this complex. After submitting our application they called us about 4 hours later and indicated that the unit offered to us was not a two bedroom 1 bath as indicated by our offer document. Additionally the price would be 200 more a month than originally offered to us on the offer document. We never received an apology or anything by the manager the staff itself was nice and did apologize and did what was within their abilities. the manager was not willing to work with us in honoring our offer price or meeting in the middle. I would keep this in mind when looking into this place as we are on a time crunch to find a place to live and spent several visits and time. Specially with the money orders that they returned to us after we submitted the application for a unit that was unavailable and the incorrect price. We spent several hours figuring out how to get the money order deposited back into our accounts and were late to starting our journey back home that is a 9 hour drive after they refused to give us cash for our money orders already written to copperwood and the bank we received the money orders from were not located in our home state. We ended up not being able to deposit the money orders and they stopped returning our calls. This was very frustrating due to our time constraint. It seems like management has no incentive to respect future guest as demand is high. I do appreciate the staff as we could tell that they tried their best but management is useless."
