Retreat at the Flatirons Apartments

"I came by the Retreat at Flatirons for a tour of a one bedroom apartment. Jaslin was my tour guide and let me tell you. Not only was she great but the complex was pretty nice. I really couldn't find one negative thing to say about the apartment that I looked at. Maybe that the living room was a bit smaller if I had to say something negative but it would still be manageable for a single father and cat owner. Even with the smaller living room I am still considering moving to this complex, that's how impressed I was with my experience during my tour. Thank you Jaslin for your assistance."

"I have been living at this property for about six months now and I absolutely love it. The previous leasing staff, however we’re not my favorite people. Today I popped in and was met by Nick, who could not have been any nicer or any more helpful. The people who used to be in the office were not friendly or welcoming and even had the nerve to post notice from a lawyer when I owed $87 and didn’t know I owed $87. Nick was a breath of fresh air. I appreciated his great attitude, and how friendly he was. This is a beautiful property that is well kept and quiet, and I plan on living here for at lease one more least term so I hope that Nick can stay and if not, that they replace him with somebody who is at least as professional and helpful as he is. Thank you!!"

"We have loved our time living at Retreat. We have been here for 3 years now and couldn’t be more impressed by the community or the staff. It’s certainly not the most budget friendly apartment, but the community is so well maintained and the maintenance team is so quick to address concerns. The office staff are really sweet and make an effort to get to know the residents. My only complaint is that they recently started charging a monthly fee for parking which seems silly when you live in the suburbs. I would expect to pay this in the city but not here. It is a very family friendly community with residents of all ages. Overall, we are really grateful for our time spent here and would definitely recommend it to others who are looking!"

"My boyfriend and I moved to this complex in June. We came from Florida so our decision relied heavily on apps and the interactions we had with the staff. After speaking with Elsa multiple times and noticing the competitive pricing of the complex we decided there was no better option! We have had a very pleasant experience here, from the cleanliness and quiet nature of the property to the quality of the facilities. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly but Elsa is truly a gem! She goes above and beyond for her tenants even feeding our pet fish once when we were away! 15/10 very happy with our decision."

"We moved in 10 days ago from out of state. Hailee, the Assistant Manager, has been wonderful from our first tour in late July through the typically turbulent move-in week. She has been on-target with her advice and very responsive and patient with our numerous emails and calls. The apartment is nicer than we remembered and in great shape. The property is quiet and well landscaped. The neighbors are friendly. One minor plumbing issue was handled through an app-request by quick and friendly Oscar from Maintenance. A very positive experience for us. Highly recommended."
