Cortland Belmar

"Cortland Belmar has been so good. We have been here only a few months but every question has been answered every need has been met. Alex in the office is always amazing and helped so much in the process of viewing and signing. Belmar is such a cute little town. So many walkable stores shops and restaurants."

We decided to drive around areas we liked and look at apartments so we walked in to cortland belmar. Alex dropped everything he was doing to give us a wonderful tour and our search was over! It is the perfect location, staff, price, and community and we love living here!"

"So far a great experience. Application, signing, and move in were super easy. On move in day, Alex walked me around the property and my unit to make sure everything was right. Great change from other places I’ve lived where they hand you the keys and you never speak again. There was a minor maintenance issue found during the walk though and it was promptly fixed. I also had a package delivered to the leasing office that I wouldn’t be home in time to get before the long weekend, and Hayden placed it in my unit so it was waiting when I got home. Overall great people, and well maintained property."

"Cortland Belmar knocks everything out of the park. The leasing office has the best staff who were extremely helpful from my first phone call to post move-out. Alex and Marissa are super friendly, professional, and absolutely care about past, present and future residents. The maintenance team always quickly responded to service requests (and I had very few) and were always courteous to call ahead of time to ensure they could enter the unit. I loved my unit, it was in excellent condition upon move-in and the location gave it a more exclusive floorplan that gave it 2 balconies instead of one. I know Cortland acquired the property well after the complex was built, but just wanted to highlight this as this was a huge plus for me. The surrounding area of Belmar is also an exciting, fun and well-appointed area. I never had to drive to get anything I needed, everything you can think of is within walking distance, with multiple grocery store options. The area is also beautiful with all of the foliage, and every section of the Cortland property was also full of plants and other things (some areas have string lights between the buildings) that made it picture worthy. Should I continue to rent, and if my needs ever take me back to even close to Lakewood, I will absolutely make Cortland Belmar my first choice again. I have nothing negative to add about this property or my experience here."
