"I had some maintenance issues with my window screen and heater, thinking it was natural because of the old apartment building. But Tyler and Matthew checked them and knew exactly what was wrong and nailed it! I never regret living in the Summit View thanks to super kind and nice staffs like them. Thank you again"

"This place, especially the management (Jenni Vester), does not even deserve one star. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They almost killed my dog and then tried making me pay for it. They neglected to tell me of a fire within the building before moving in and I suffered from smoke inhalation which resulted in my dog getting sick on the carpet. I should not have had to pay for the ENTIRE carpet in the unit to get replaced. And I shouldn’t have had to pay expensive vet bills because of poor living conditions. It is appalling that a complex would claim that unit was livable. All the finishes needed to be REPLACED to reduce this smoke contaminate before anyone moved in. Or these “simple” ozone solutions, as management mentioned AFTER I moved out, should have been, at the very least, offered when I brought up the initial complaints. Smoke inhalation was not just “unpleasant”, as management stated in an email (wouldn’t even talk to me on the phone about this issue), it was a threat towards my health and my pets health. I hope no future residents or pets become sick from this management's neglect to address poor living conditions, and then having the residents pay for it."

"Lived here 5 years ago. Moved out to somewhere cheaper nearby. Missed all the amenities here, but finally justified moving back (to my own budget!) after dealing with bugs and too many negatives to ignore at the other apartment. Happily back at Summit View with my amenities, amazing views, and phenomenal maintenance people that are always quickly on top of my issues!"

"I’m into 5 yrs at Summit View Village and overall pleased with the site, location, & responsiveness of the office staff & maintenance team. Issues that have arisen over the years (these buildings are older) have been addressed in a timely manner with Victoria being my main contact in the office and the others in the office are great too. The maintenance men, Benjamin & Tyler, replaced my damaged front door and addressed some minor issues. The team advises if there’s delays in completion. Thank you."

"We were very happy with our time here at Summit View! It was an affordable and very convenient place for us to live the past 2.5 years. School of Mines is a quick walk, bike, or drive away as well as downtown Golden. We absolutely loved our view of the mountains off the balcony where we saw elk many times coming on the golf course in the fall and winter. We found this complex was fitting for our toddler at the time. We constantly used the amenities which include the tennis court, basketball court, playground, gym, and our very favorite—the pool! The staff at SVV are wonderful and provided a sense of community for us. The maintenance crew were always efficient and addressed our needs quickly. We will continue to recommend SVV to others and will miss this place!!"
