"This place is terrible and the leasing agents are rude! We were told we only had to pay for one application so my husband and I filled one out and were approved, but we then decided not to live there. Fast forward to 2 months later they are trying to charge me an application fee!?! I called to ask why and Stacy the assistant manager was beyond rude and unprofessional! Again we were told we only had to pay for one, and if that wasn’t the case why were we approved? We couldn’t even submit our application without paying."
"The place seems nice, but the rental staff is quite rude. I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, not knowing they required an appointment for a tour. The first woman who I spoke with asked me to take a seat, and someone would be with me. I waited about 10 minutes before a different woman came out and walked me into her office. She informed me of the policy to only take reservations and asked me to schedule one. I declined and said I'd do it through their website. They wasted my time by not telling me from the start that they required reservations. The part that bothered me most at the time is that they only took reservations on the hour, and I stopped in at around 3:15 p.m. I was the only car parked in the Future Resident parking, and there was no one else in the lobby, so the likelihood of them being busy with other tours was pretty low. There were at least two people available to give a tour, but neither was willing to do so. I went on the website that evening and noted that the schedule for the following day said there were opening every hour from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. I then called the next day to see what they would say if I asked for a tour and was told they had no openings that day. I see they have changed the scheduling options, but it still seems like they're trying to artificially indicate to the public that interest is very high. I decided against taking the tour in the end because of the poor staff behavior and the fact that none of the units pictured in the 360° tours have water or ice dispensers in the door, something I use a lot."
"GATED Parking garage with assigned spaces! No more snowy, icy cars, sidewalks or parking lots! High walkable score. Spectacular views. Courtyard, Pool and Hot Tub are secluded from public view. HUGE, 2-story, Fitness Center! Close to Hayden (Green Mountain) Park and other smaller park's, too numerous to list! Frigidaire Appliances."
"Not sponsored and am in no way affiliated — I toured Braxton the other day and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I don’t love the location (it’s in a commercial neighborhood) but the amenities and attention to detail in the individual units won out over my reservations. It sits on a small hill a bit higher than the apartment complex next door so it seems farther away from the nearby businesses. This wasn’t apparent to me from google maps and it changed my perception of how the building is insulated from the surrounding area. Stacy showed me around and was an absolute delight. I’ll update a few months after moving in. I’m nervous about moving into a brand new building because you don’t know what the management will be like but this is a Greystar property and I’ve heard good things about them so I’m optimistic. (Also, I love being the first person to use a washing machine.) I would say go take a look sooner rather than later because there are still a fair amount of units left so I was able to pick my ideal floor plan, view and price point."
