"One of the best communities I have toured and visited. JJ and Marissa were amazing!!! While we ended up changing our move in to later next year 2024. The entire process from start to almost finish was seamless and flawless. JJ and Marissa answered all of our questions, answered countless emails and calls from us within minutes (hard to come by) They provided detailed pricing, videos and tours for each unit. "I’ve enjoy my stay here. Staff is fantastic and very helpful when needed! Shout out to JJ, Marissa, & Tony! Induction stove tops are a nice addition to the kitchen. I use the additional counter top in the kitchen often to place things or eat meals at. I like that it’s a nice small and secure community with underground parking. Noise wise I rarely hear neighbors above below or to the sides. On the flip side sound travels into the center hallway very easily for some reason. It’s been a 10/10 stay! The only things I would add is a pool/jacuzzi and gym. I think a gym is coming in nearby. There are plenty of restraints you can walk to, grocery stores are a short drive or walk. There is a nice paved trail to walk daily nearby if interested."

"Stopped in to this new build for a tour! I was so thrilled to run into the assistant manager, Merissa. She worked at the community I currently live at, and she does such a wonderful job of being attentive and matching you to a home that fits your needs. I’ve never been dissatisfied when working with her. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and from my previous experiences she’s had a positive and fun rapport with other residents I’ve lived with. Definitely work with her, given the chance! I will most certainly be moving to this beautiful community once my current lease is up."
